EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At Baynoire, every order is handled with care and precision. To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, please review the following policy before requesting an exchange or refund.

Exchanges:

  • Exchange requests may be made within 14 working days from the date your order is received.
  • Exchanges may be processed online through our customer support team, or in-store at: District 5, Arkan Plaza, City Center Almaza, Mall of Egypt, The Hub Marassi.
  • Items must be in original condition — unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and full packaging included.
  • Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, smoke, or any fragrance/scent, and must not be washed, altered, or damaged.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests.

Refunds & Returns:

  • Refunds and returns are processed in-store only at: District 5, Arkan Plaza, City Center Almaza, Mall of Egypt, The Hub Marassi.
  • Items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.
  • All approved refunds will be processed after the item has been inspected by our team.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all refund and return requests.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Worn, used, washed, or altered items.
  • Items with stains, odors, perfume, deodorant, or smoke exposure.
  • Damaged items not received in original condition.
  • Items missing tags or original packaging.
  • Sale, promotional, discounted, or special-release items. All sale items are considered final sale.

Important Notes:

  • Baynoire reserves the right to refuse any exchange, return, or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
