EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Please note: All exchanges and refunds are processed in-store only at the following locations: Arkan Plaza, District 5, City Center Almaza, Mall Of Egypt, The Hub Marassi. Online returns or exchanges are not available.
Exchange Requests:
- You may request an exchange within 14 working days from the date you receive your order.
- Exchanges are processed in-store only at the following locations: Arkan Plaza, District 5, City Center Almaza, Mall Of Egypt, The Hub Marasi.
- Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached and full packaging included.
- Items must not be worn, washed, or have any fragrance applied (e.g., perfume, deodorant, etc.).
- Proof of purchase is required for all exchange transactions.
Refunds:
- Refunds are available in-store only at Arkan Plaza, District 5, City Center Almaza, Mall Of Egypt, The Hub Marasi.
- The item must meet the same condition requirements (new, unused, with labels, and full packaging).
- Proof of purchase is required for all refund transactions.
Non-Eligible Items:
- Worn, washed, scented, or damaged items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Items purchased during promotions or sales are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
