EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Exchange Requests:
- You may request an exchange within 7 working days from the date you receive your order.
- Exchanges can be made online by emailing support@baynoire.com or directly in any of our stores.
- Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached and full packaging included.
- Items must not be worn, washed, or have any fragrance applied (e.g., perfume, deodorant, etc.).
- Once your exchange request is reviewed, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds:
- Refunds are available only through our physical stores.
- The item must meet the same condition requirements (new, unused, with labels, and full packaging).
- Proof of purchase is required for all refund transactions.
Non-Eligible Items:
- Worn, washed, scented, or damaged items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Items purchased during promotions or sales may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
