EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Exchange Requests:

  • You may request an exchange within 7 working days from the date you receive your order.
  • Exchanges can be made online by emailing support@baynoire.com or directly in any of our stores.
  • Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached and full packaging included.
  • Items must not be worn, washed, or have any fragrance applied (e.g., perfume, deodorant, etc.).
  • Once your exchange request is reviewed, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are available only through our physical stores.
  • The item must meet the same condition requirements (new, unused, with labels, and full packaging).
  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund transactions.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Worn, washed, scented, or damaged items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Items purchased during promotions or sales may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
